How do I make a checklist?
Start each line with - , or paste several lines and choose One note with a checklist.
How do I share a list with my partner?
Open the list and tap 👥 Share, or tap 👥 Share next to a group in the Groups view. Type their email and choose Can edit or View only.
The AI chose the wrong group or date.
Open the note and pick your own group, priority, date or time. Your choice always wins; the AI never changes it back.
How do I connect my calendar?
Tap your initials, then 📅 Calendars, and connect Google, Outlook, Calendly or iCloud. Meetings show up as notes, and notes with a date go to the calendar marked ✍️. For iCloud, make an app-specific password at account.apple.com first. You can also add a one-way calendar link, or add a single note with Google Calendar or iPhone · Mac · Outlook in the note.
How do reminders work?
Open a note with a date and choose a reminder under the date. The first time, allow notifications. On iPhone, add SortNotes to your home screen first (Share → Add to Home Screen). Under your initials, 🔔 Notifications also has a morning briefing of your day. The free plan has 3 reminders a month.
Can I get my notes back?
Premium keeps a backup of your notes every day for 30 days: tap your initials, then ⭐ Premium, and Restore. Everyone can download all their notes with ⬇ Download all my notes.
How do I delete my account?
Tap your initials, then Delete my account at the bottom. Everything is deleted at once. More: Delete your account.
