Terms of use
These terms apply when you use SortNotes, offered by [business name], [address], Italy.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what is done with your account. You can delete it at any time in the app.
Your content
Your notes, lists and photos stay yours. You give us only the permission we need to store, sync, sort (with AI) and show them to you and to the people you share them with. Do not use SortNotes for anything illegal, or to store content you have no right to.
The AI
The AI suggests titles, groups, priorities and dates. It can be wrong: check what matters, especially dates and appointments.
Plans and payments
SortNotes has a free plan and paid plans (Solo, Family). Prices, what each plan includes, the trial and how to cancel are shown before you pay. Subscriptions bought in the App Store or Google Play are handled by Apple or Google under their terms, including refunds. [Add the EU 14-day withdrawal rules for purchases on the web.]
Availability
We work to keep SortNotes running and your data safe, with daily server backups. We cannot promise it is never interrupted. Download your notes regularly if they are important to you.
